Professional Experience
Lisa has worked in Career Services at the University of Dayton since 1997 where she has
enjoyed coaching students with their individual career growth. She has held a variety of
positions within Career Services including management of staff, development of programs and workshops,
employer events, and working with academic units. Lisa has also been a Part-Time Faculty member at the University
of Dayton since 2007 where she instructs an Interviewing course.
Prior to coming to UD, Lisa has over twelve years of experience in Human Resource Management with several fortune 500 corporations where she has had the opportunity to be involved with start up operations, specializing in performance management, employer relations, management/employee training, strategic organizational development initiatives and recruitment management..
Lisa is committed to working with UD students, alumni, faculty and staff as well as building partnerships with employers.
