Professional Experience
Sylvie brings an employer's perspective in helping students reach their career goals and is
appointed to work with the School of Business undergraduates and MBA students.
Prior to joining the SBA, Sylvie established a solid hands-on HR career working seventeen years in the financial industry and partnering with small-medium-large companies in the employee development and talent management areas.
She is a certified trainer for the Achieve Global Frontline Leadership program and is a member of the Society for HR Management, serving on the local chapter's Workforce Readiness Committee.
Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as being down-to-earth and passionate about helping others move forward to reach their maximum potential.
